EDDEA designs a 64-home residential scheme in Espartinas for Grupo Galia, adapted to new lifestyles

Work has recently begun on La Altana, the residential development promoted by Grupo Galia in Espartinas (Seville). Designed and delivered by EDDEA, the project is planned as a private gated development of 64 apartments, with a modern concept adapted to the new lifestyles of its future residents.
Anja Ehrenfried, who leads this development at EDDEA, stresses that the initiative “reflects the most up-to-date idea of the home, shaped around new ways of living and new needs”. It is a multi-storey residential scheme of four buildings (ground plus two floors) with three- and four-bedroom homes, ground-floor units with large patios, generous terraces and communal areas with a swimming pool, squares and gardens, among other features.
The architect adds that all the homes are designed to energy-efficiency criteria and offer “abundant natural light and comfort, as well as standing out for their spaciousness, excellent specifications and very careful design”. In addition, the very layout of the development, with a large central communal area, “is designed to create spaces where neighbours can come together”.
Another aspect that adds value to this Grupo Galia residential project is its unique location between the Seville towns of Gines and Espartinas, next to the Colegio Internacional Europa and the link to the SE-40 motorway – one of the most sought-after areas of the Aljarafe thanks to its proximity to the capital and easy access to all kinds of services.
