Golf, snow and housing for a destination that works all year round
The masterplan lays out 310 ha in Nadezhdinsky, near Vladivostok, with an 18-hole golf course, a hotel, winter and summer activities and 760 homes. To make getting around easy for visitors, the road network does away with the need for a private car over short distances and includes cycle lanes along the main circulation rings and through the green spaces.
The road network is organised on three levels that distribute traffic hierarchically from the main entrance to the residential condominiums and leisure areas, leaving the residential streets for internal traffic only.
The size of the standard plots responds to their proximity to the golf course, the topography and the orientation. Each plot type (XXL, XL, L and M) has a standard frontage and depth, so the product range can easily be adjusted to future market demands while keeping the same structure and road layout within the condominiums.
Diversity
To attract a varied public (golfers, Vladivostok's affluent residents and guests attending celebrations or events), the final masterplan brings together a wide range of leisure areas and activities:
Golf: 18-hole course, driving range, frisbee golf, pitch & putt, foot-golf and clubhouse.
Sports facilities: indoor complex with swimming pool, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), outdoor playing field, spa and water park.
Hotel facilities: three-star accommodation with 110 rooms and 19 weekend cottages, a banqueting hall and gazebos.
Winter activities: ski circuit, snow-tubing and ice rink.
Summer activities: cycling and hiking trails, shooting range, skating rink and skate park, and climbing area.
Equestrian club: equestrian facilities and trails.
