EDDEA designed and directed the works on this development within the Poniente Sur Partial Plan (Plan Parcial), in Garden City, Córdoba. The scheme combines two types of entrance core – with two homes per landing or, in the lower block, three – which allows for a more complex housing programme.

It also gives the scheme two markedly different images, both in the arrangement of the volumes and in the skins of the façades, and a greater compositional diversity than a single typology would allow.

More than two configurations at the main entrance

The uniformity and clarity of the materials of the skins, inside and out, make the two configurations of the main entrance legible.

The open area within the plot holds gardens for the exclusive use of the ground-floor homes, along with shared landscaped areas.

The shared areas include a padel court, an 8×16 metre multipurpose swimming pool with toilets, a children's play area and bicycle parking.

Homes designed for outdoor living

The homes open their living areas to the outside and extend into the first-floor gardens, the balconies and the terraces of the lofts, which control sunlight and strengthen the relationship with the surroundings.
