Design and build: EDDEA’s turnkey service, eight years on

At EDDEA we offer design and build, or turnkey, services: we take responsibility for building our own designs. Controlling the whole process lets us understand where we add most value for the client and for the building, and improve the future experience of those who live in it. Working with a small team of suppliers and paying close attention to detail are our best tools.

We completed these 14 homes in Palomares del Río eight years ago, and they have aged very well. But it is not only what you can see that matters to us: it is hard to find a basement with services laid out like this, installed by Endrina Montajes Eléctricos, or this standard of finish in the floors and ceilings, by Domingo Vela Santos, and in the timber joinery by Hermanos Morillo.
