Design for 275 homes in Entrenúcleos

Pryconsa, one of Spain’s leading property groups, is making its debut in Entrenúcleos (Dos Hermanas) by entrusting EDDEA with the design of its first project in the area. The commission, formalised in February 2025, is the design for 275 apartment homes, a solid, efficient architectural proposal of high urban quality.
The scheme is organised as two buildings linked by an inner courtyard that structures community life. At its northern end, the project culminates in a pool area set within dense planting, which acts as a green lung and a place of shade and thermal comfort for residents.
Justo de la Paz de Leyva, project coordinator at EDDEA, highlights how closely the teams worked together: “This project is the result of a fluid and demanding collaboration with the Pryconsa team. From the outset we were clear that the key lay in combining technical efficiency with urban and landscape quality. We have opted for an architecture that not only makes the most of resources but creates value through everyday experience.”
Pryconsa has welcomed the clarity of the approach, the technical coherence of the solutions adopted and the project’s ability to make the most of the site. EDDEA’s strategy of integrating green areas and shared spaces from the very first sketch was also key to shaping a distinctive proposal in Entrenúcleos’ competitive housing market.
This first step opens the door to future collaboration between the two companies in Andalusia, and confirms the growing standing of the Seville metropolitan area as an attractive setting for leading national operators.
