EDDEA designs an exclusive housing development for Grupo Lar on the slopes of Torrequebrada in Benalmádena

EDDEA has designed a residential scheme of 90 exclusive homes for Grupo Lar, with a fresh, dynamic and modern design of pure white volumes. The development sits on one of the steep slopes of Torrequebrada in Benalmádena (Málaga) – a defining condition that the project has respected in order to give views to as many homes as possible.

Luis Ybarra, co-founder of EDDEA, notes that “these homes are designed to enjoy the more than 300 days of sunshine a year that this Málaga town boasts, with large openings in the façade and glass balustrades that let residents take in every sunset”.

Regarding the architectural project, he adds that the complex is organised in five separate blocks with between three and five homes per staircase, “facing directly out to sea and with views that are simply unbeatable”.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes have a solarium, generous terraces, an infinity pool, parking and storage rooms, within a private development with excellent communal areas.

As well as a small park in front of the development for walking and relaxing, it has direct connections to the provincial capital, the airport and the rest of the Costa del Sol, which attracts a large number of foreign owners who enjoy the area as a second – or even first – home.
