EDDEA among the five finalists in the competitive dialogue for “Andalucía Construye en Verde”

The Andalusian Housing and Refurbishment Agency (AVRA) has selected the five finalist teams taking part in the competitive dialogue for the “Andalucía Construye en Verde” (Andalusia Builds Green) project, a Public Procurement of Innovation with an investment of €3,436,400, 85% co-financed by the ERDF 2021–2027.

EDDEA is competing as part of the joint venture (UTE) led by Ghenova Ingeniería, together with Fundación Tecnalia, AICIA (Association for Research and Industrial Cooperation of Andalusia) and Ghenova Digital.

The programme aims to define an industrialised, nearly zero-energy construction system for subsidised housing, underpinned by artificial intelligence, digital twin technology and BIM methodology.
