Costa Infinity: a new residential image for Costa Ballena

Costa Infinity is set to become a landmark in the Costa Ballena resort, between Rota and Chipiona. Our client’s aim was to present a radically new residential image, far removed from the Regionalist-inspired types common in Costa Ballena and in other developments on the Costa de la Luz.

Working from the gentle topography of the site, its location and the wish to orient every home towards the Atlantic, we designed the opposite of the rest of the area: buildings with curved profiles around a large central open space, with generously terraced façades lightened with glass and large windows that bring the inner garden into every home.

The siting and the configuration of the block’s interior anticipate its future link with the hotel, now in design, that the same developer, Grupo Soluciones, will build on the neighbouring plot.
