Citythinking on the speaker line-up for the PACT 2020 international conference

The international conference PACT — Parallelism in Architecture, Environment and Computing Techniques, organised by IEREK in collaboration with the University of East London, announced in July 2020 that Anja Sophia Ehrenfried, managing director of Citythinking by EDDEA, would be a keynote speaker at its third edition.

The organisers’ introduction reviewed her international career – head of competitions and strategy at Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra’s studio and architect at Herzog & de Meuron in Basel, before joining EDDEA in 2003 – and her responsibility for the studio’s emerging markets.

The conference was held online from 7 to 9 October 2020. The keynote programme also featured Eduardo Mayoral González, senior CTO of Citythinking, alongside names such as Fulvio Wirz (Zaha Hadid Architects), Amit Gupta (Studio Symbiosis) and Vincenzo Reale (Arup).
